Vintage Wine Purchase Policy: Martin Brothers Wine & Spirits

Due to the fragile and unpredictable nature of older vintages, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with purchasing aged wines at the time of sale.

Our rare, mature, limited-release, allocated, wines are special bottles, often with age and scarcity that make them unique. For this reason, these wines are offered as is and are final sale.

While we take great care in storing and handling every bottle, the nature of older and limited wines means that variation can occur. As such, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, including claims related to condition or personal expectations.

We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to discuss provenance, storage, and drinking windows to help ensure you select a bottle you’ll truly enjoy.

All deliveries must be inspected upon receipt. Any loss or breakage must be clearly noted on the delivery documents at the time of delivery.

Claims for loss or breakage will only be honored if:
They are documented at the time of delivery, and Martin Brothers is notified within 24 hours of delivery.
