Vintage Wine Purchase Policy – Martin Brothers Wine & Spirits

Due to the fragile and unpredictable nature of older vintages, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with purchasing aged wines at the time of sale. Martin Brothers makes every effort to store and handle wines properly, but cannot guarantee the condition of the wine once it leaves our premises.

All deliveries must be inspected upon receipt. Any loss or breakage must be clearly noted on the delivery documents at the time of delivery.

Claims for loss or breakage will only be honored if:

They are documented at the time of delivery, and

Martin Brothers is notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 24 hours or without proper documentation at delivery will not be accepted.
